1. Services

The Company provides a wide range of facility management and support services, including but not limited to:

• Pest Control & Sanitization Solutions

Services are provided based on written agreements, proposals, or work orders signed between the Company and the client.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion, with reasonable notice to clients.

2. Eligibility

• Clients engaging with SRG Management Service Pvt. Ltd. must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Employees, trainees, or candidates applying through us must provide accurate and verifiable personal information.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
• Ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
• Avoid misuse of the Company’s services, intellectual property, or brand.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees, charges, or service costs shall be as per mutually agreed contracts or invoices.
• Payments must be made within the timelines agreed in the contract.
• Delayed payments may attract interest or penalties as per applicable law or agreement.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged.
• Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in materials, documents, or tools developed by the Company remain the property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.
• Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate an agreement by providing written notice as per the contract terms.
• Upon termination, clients must clear all outstanding dues.
• Ongoing services shall continue until the end of the agreed notice period unless mutually waived.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• The Company complies with applicable data protection laws.
• Personal and business data shall be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
